The Elk River Municipal Utilities (ERMU) would fund all water distribution <br />system costs.Special assessments in Project Area1 are estimated to be leviedat$7,000 per unit <br />basis. A total of 55 units are proposed to be assessed. <br />Each parcel is assessed by the building type occupying the space as follows: <br />Standard residential home = 1 unit= $7,000 <br />Industrial and commercial businesses = 1.5 units= $10,500 <br />Each residence within a Duplex= 0.75 units = $5,250 <br />Residences fronting overlays = 0.25 units = $1,750 <br />15R13.103354 <br />April 2011 <br />
