Databases shall be ArcInfo/ArcView compatible. Maps should be <br />identified in independent layers: <br />Land cover type, each polygon uniquely identified <br />Soils, by type <br />Wetlands by type <br />Lakes, by shoreland management classification <br />Agricultural lands, by productivity class <br />Lands within a conservation reserve program <br />Forest cover, by type, age and condition <br />Steep slopes greater than 12 percent <br />Floodplains <br />Important plant and animal habitats <br />The end product should include recommendations on: <br />Potential greenway connections <br />Opportunities for native plant community or habitat restoration <br />Threats to unique plant communities <br />High priority lands for public acquisition <br />Suggested changes to the City's cluster subdivision requirements What about <br />recommendations for city serviced subdivisions? <br />Evaluation of parcels well-suited for cluster versus standard subdivision <br />Proposal Requirements <br />1.
