- 70: Mike Niziolek, City of Elk River Parks and Recreation Commission <br />FROM: Charlie Schuidt, Elk River Country Club Executive Secretary <br />DATE: October 17, 2005 <br />RE: Motion an record to recommend that the Park/Rec Commission pusue <br />purchase of undeveloped land from Elk River Country Club, Inc. <br />-Motion i~5-1p: A motion was made by Director Brenda Wnlz and <br />' seconded by Director Mike Hiatt that the Elk River Gountry Club, Inc, Board <br />~ ~ of Directors go on record in support of the proposal made on October 17, <br />2005 by Park and Recreation Commission member Mille Niziolek at the <br />meeting of the Board of Directors of Elk River Country Club, Inc. The <br />proposal basically involves the purchase of undeveloped land owned by FRCC, <br />Inc, by the City of Elk River for the stated purpose of using this land as <br />park land which would not be developed commercially by the City of Elk <br />River.
