Once residents understand the cost implications of their needs, a spirited campaign will <br />be essential to secure approval of a specific community center proposal. In any case, though, <br />given opposition levels to each project, an aggressive information and citizen-based persuasion <br />campaign will be required for passage at the polls. <br /> <br />5. A major priority for economic development in the future should be the attraction of"family <br />style" and/or "formal" restaurants to the community. Over one-quarter of the residents saw this <br />as a gap.
