<br /> <br /> <br />Northern Lights AthleteUllage <br />Twin Cities Area, Minnesota <br />Theowners ofthe Northern Lights Juniors Hockey Team in Minneapolis <br />have been looking for a site for over eight years to build an athletic <br />training facility that would attract local, state, regional, professional, <br />international and Olympic class athletes. Designs have proved on three <br />possible sites. This particular sites was in Bloomington, Minnesota. <br />The programme intent is to always reuse any existing facilities on a site <br />as well as adding indoor sporting venues such as a two sheet ice arena <br />and a curling rink, Olympic natatorium, gymnasiums for basketball, <br />gymnastics, and wrestling. Outdoor fields are also programmed for <br />soccer, lacrosse, baseball and softball, Nordic skiing and training trails. <br />The program also includes a conference center/hotel/banquet facility <br />that will act as host for any and all events in the Village.
