EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING OF <br />THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br />MONDAY, JULY 28, 1997 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman, Councilmembers Dietz, Thompson, Farber, and <br />Holmgren <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />City Administrator Pat Klaers; City Clerk Sandra Thackeray; Assistant <br />City Administrator Lori Johnson <br /> <br />10.1. Open Executive Session <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Executive Session of the Elk River City <br />Council was called to order at 7:55 p.m. by Mayor Duitsman. <br /> <br />City Administrator Pat Klaers discussed the June 12, 1997, request from the Union <br />and strategies to consider for labor negotiations regarding the 1997-98 Police <br />Union Contract. <br /> <br />10.2. Adjourn Executive Session <br /> <br />There being no fudher business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO <br />ADJOURN THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. COUNCILMEMBER <br />FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION.
