The final plat <br />of the Sixth Addition is actually the third phase of the approved preliminary <br />plat. The City Council approved the preliminary plat on August 1, 1994, <br />along with a conditional use permit for a residential planned unit <br />development. <br /> <br />The final plat consists of 27 lots along with the construction of 197th Avenue, <br />Auburn Street, and a short cul de sac in the middle of the plat.
