The 10 acres is part of a <br />much larger area currently owned by John Lundberg. The subject property <br />has some existing structures on it, including a house, garage (to be removed) <br />and a larger steel sided shed that is currently used for storing large <br />equipment associated with Mr. Lundberg's business. <br /> <br />The property is generally wooded with a mixture of hardwoods and some <br />conifers along County Road No. 1.
