<br />(03) Leachate Holding Tank. Permittee shall ensure that the leachate holding tank is
<br />pumped out on a regular schedule, It shall be a violation of this Permit to allow leachate
<br />to collect on the liner to a depth exceeding one foot due to the leachate holding tank being
<br />full.
