Dw

The overhead cost includes City administration, engineering design, construction
staking and inspection, assessment, and fiscal and legal costs.

Table 1
Estimated Project Costs
1. On
the west side of Macon Street and the south side of Riverview Drive, there are 17
existing lots that could reasonably be served by these improvements. When the
preliminary plat for Country Crossing 3rd Addition was approved, it showed the
further subdivision of Outlots A and B to create 24 lots on the east side of Macon
Street and the north side of Riverview Drive. Therefore, for purposes of
assessment on the sanitary sewer and water costs, there are a grand total of 41 lots.
These lots are shown on Exhibit 6.

Based on the estimated total project cost for the sanitary sewer and 41 assessable
lots, the cost per lot would be $4,250. Likewise, based on the total estimated
project cost for the water improvements and 41 assessable lots, the assessment per
lot would be $2,725. The storm sewer and street costs divided in half between the
existing lots and Country Crossing 3rd Addition would result in a cost of $102,700
per side. Dividing that by the existing or proposed lots would indicate that the
existing lots on the west side of Macon Street and south side of Riverview Drive

FEAS-230.365 - 1 1 - 230-365- I 0
