The southern section of Macon Street and Riverview Drive currently flow over <br />land toward the intersection. It is anticipated that drainage pattern will remain <br />unchanged. From there, the flow finds its way southerly toward the Mississippi <br />River. <br /> <br />VII. IMPLEMENTATION CONSIDERATIONS <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />Easements and Right of Way <br /> <br />The existing rights-of-way within the project area are 66 feet wide. These existing <br />rights-of-way should be adequate for the work proposed. Grading of existing <br />driveways and/or boulevard areas may require permission from the property <br />owners. <br /> <br />B. Permits <br /> <br />Several permits will be required prior to construction of the proposed <br />improvements. The permits that will be required are listed below: <br /> <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency permit for the construction of the <br />proposed sanitary sewer improvements. <br /> <br />Minnesota Department of Health permit for the construction of the <br />proposed watermain improvements. <br /> <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency permit for grading may be required <br />for construction. <br /> <br />Sherburne County permit for the construction of the proposed watermain <br />within County Road No. 30 right-of-way. <br /> <br />C. Estimated Costs <br /> <br />The estimated construction costs and associated overhead costs for the proposed <br />improvements are shown in Table 1.
