<br /> <br />Item # 3. 5 . <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Michele MCPherso@.;:ector of Planning <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />July 28, 2003 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Case No. CU 03-15 <br />Conditional Use Permit for Outdoor Storage in Conjunction <br />with a Wholesale Distribution Facility <br /> <br />The Council may recall that this item was tabled at the July 21, 2003 meeting to the July 28, <br />2003 City Council meeting, in anticipation of Lead Inspector Zajac and Fire Chief West <br />being in attendance to discuss the Building and Fire Code issues outlined in Lead Inspector <br />Zajac's memo of June 23, 2003 (attached). <br /> <br />Lead Inspector Zajac and Fire Chief West are unable to be in attendance on July 28th, <br />therefore, staff is requesting that the Council table the conditional use permit request until <br />August 11, 2003. <br /> <br />Mr. Talbot has been informed of the new date as well as the extension of the 60-day review <br />period. <br /> <br />s: \PLANNING\Case Files \2003\CU 03-15 Talbot \July 28 CC memo,doc <br />
