The rate for full time superintendent has been clarified as indicated below. The construction <br />management fee has been revised as indicated. The general conditions estimate remains as previously proposed. <br /> <br />We submit to you for consideration our revised proposal to provide professional construction management <br />services on the following basis. The City of Elk River would like to open this facility for business in the Fall of <br />1997. The new store location will be potentially the largest individual netting municipal liquor store in the State <br />of Minnesota. We would like to help you make this project successful. <br /> <br />Construction management fee -- <br /> <br />a) We propose a lump sum construction management fee of thirty five thousand, five hundred <br /> seventy dollars, $35,570. The fee would be invoiced in five equal amounts. <br /> <br />b) We are prepared to work with your project team to establish and execute a plan for project <br /> design & construction schedule, quality assurance, safety and change management. <br /> <br />General conditions items <br /> <br />a) We have attached an itemized list of general condition costs. The estimate is based on 5.0 <br /> months of on-site construction time. The general conditions will be invoiced at actual cost plus <br /> 10% markup. <br /> <br />b) We propose to invoice on-site superintendent time at $48.50 per hour (based on actual hours) <br /> and one project vehicle at $350.00 per month. <br /> <br />Staffing <br /> <br />a) Project Manager - Mike Parsons. A resume and references are attached.
