Wall fully cortpty with all other requi~ of this Code, including arty applicable requimrozts <br /> and standards for the issuance ora license or pomit to establish and oprate the pr~sed use in the <br /> <br />If denial of such a permit should occur, it shall accompany recommendations or <br />determinations by findings or a report stating how the proposed use does not comply with <br />the standards set forth in section 30-654. <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The proposal is to operate a wholesale lumber distribution facility. There will be outdoor <br />storage of large quantities of lumber in the open area, on the east portion of the property <br />adjacent to Cleveland Street. The lumber will be stacked approximately 16-feet in height. <br />There will also be cold storage within an existing pole building along the west property line. <br /> <br />Activities that will occur within the building are no different than any other lumber yard. <br />There will be some equipment for sizing of lumber as well as some office space. Based on <br />other facilities owned and operated by the applicant, he does not anticipate any general <br />public business. <br /> <br />Analysis <br /> <br />The hours of operation will be 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
