u <br /> C3 <br /> . <br />can proceed in accordance with the Reclamation Plan, Sheet <br /> Reclamation activities at the site will consist of backfilling, grading, and <br /> seeding. <br /> Reclamation grades will be established by backfilling and grading mined <br /> areas to elevations that will in general establish pre-mining drainage <br /> patterns to the adjacent low areas. Final grades will range from 1 % to <br /> 25%. Final restoration grades are shown on the Reclamation Plan, <br /> Sheet C3. <br />Topsoil will be placed over the graded and backfilled areas and then <br />subsequently seeded and mulched. Seeded areas will be inspected to <br />insure the establishment of adequate vegetation. Topsoil will come from <br />on-site sources, and be placed in a layer to a minimum depth of three <br />(3) inches in accordance with the city ordinance. <br /> Portions of a given phase, for example, along borders of subsequent <br /> phases, within the processing and operations area and along haul <br /> roads, may be left at an intermediate stage of reclamation until <br /> completion is practical. <br /> III. STANDARDS <br /> 1.) Boundary: <br /> <br />' Extraction operations shall be conducted within the boundary of the site <br />and in accordance with the plans included in this application. <br /> <br /> 2.) Setbacks: <br /> Mining will be setback 50 feet from the boundary of any zone where <br /> mining operations are not a permitted use and 30 feet from the <br /> boundary of an adjacent property which is in the mineral extraction <br /> overlay district. There will be no setback from a boundary line adjacent <br /> to property permitted for mining. Excavation must be setback a <br /> minimum of five feet from any public utility. Setbacks and mining limits <br /> are illustrated on the Mining and Phasing Plan, Sheet C2. <br />1 3.)
