RESOLUTION 01- <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT PROJECT <br />WITH THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />FOR WORK ON AND/OR ADJACENT TO TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Elk River proposes to make improvements on and/or adjacent <br />to Trunk Highway 10 within the City limits in Sherbume County, <br />Minnesota, such as closing the median opening and access onto Trunk <br />Highway 10 near the Americlnn and reconstructing Zane Avenue from the <br />access to Trunk Highway 10 to the south to the plat boundary of <br />Mississippi Ridge Addition; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> <br />The City of Elk River shall be responsible for preliminary engineering, project design, <br />environmental documentation, right-of-way acquisition, permitting functions and <br />contract administration for said improvements. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 22nd day of October, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTESTED: <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
