The plan provides a
framework from which future land use decisions can be made and evaluated. These decisions will include
possible regulatory changes, including anticipated Comprehensive Plan amendments, zoning ordinance
amendments and zone changes. The plan anticipates the need for future infrastructure improvements.
The plan, and the resulting regulatory amendments and infrastructure investments, are intended to
position properties within the area to be able to accommodate expected changes in access and traffic
circulation.
The plan also sets the stage for development of design guidelines. Eventually, design guidelines are
envisioned to impact both streetJsidewalk design, and private development, all with the goal of
establishing a promotable and discernable character for the area.
Financial Impact
None
Attachments
Plan
