The anticipated hours would be as follows: Lobby hours - 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday Drive -Up Window - 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday Site Plan Review As part of the Planned Unit Development for Elk Park Center, all new construction is required to obtain a conditional use permit for site plan review. Therefore, TCF has submitted some plans for staff review which have been provided to the Planning Commission and are now presented for the Council's consideration. In the report to the Planning Commission dated October 24th, staff has provided a list of comments based on the original plans submitted by TCF. Since preparing these comments, TCF has provided revised development plans dated October 18, 1995. These plans have been • amended to address a majority of the concerns listed in staff's memo to the Planning Commission. The following are comments from staff's memo to the Planning Commission which deserve some additional attention prior to approving the final plans: • Comment B.S. The westerly entrance to the TCF site will need to line up with the entrance south of Freeport into the Cub Store. The proposed driveway is close to lining up, however, will need to be confirmed prior to site plan approval. Comment C.2. Protection of existing trees will need to occur during the construction process. Comment C.3. It may be appropriate to locate a couple of overstory trees between the two berms along Freeport Avenue to diversify the landscaping along this area of the site. Comment CA. The berm adjacent to the westerly drive could be increased slightly in height to add additional screening and buffering to the drive -up area. s: council: cu95 -25
