Since that time the business has evolved into more <br />of a truck terminal, which is a conditional use in the light industrial zoning <br />districts. Therefore, this conditional use permit not only applies to the <br />second principal structure but also grants a conditional use permit for Novco <br />to operate a truck terminal on the subject property. <br />13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
