As part of his or her regular job <br />duties, the Water Superintendent is required to be on-call, <br />and to monitor the SCADA system via laptop 2~1~ hours a <br />day, seven days a week, Performing this on®call service <br />does not affect the water Superintendent's-s~~ri-~ <br />compensation. The water Superintendent shall arrange for <br />another qualifed Utilities employee to be on call: 1) during <br />his or her scheduled vacation periods; 2) when it is <br />necessary for the Water Superintendent to use accrued sick <br />leave; and 3) when the water Superintendent has received <br />the advance approval of his or her supervisor to be outside <br />of the 12 mile residence radius, whieh the supervisor may <br />permit from time to time as may be reasonable in the <br />discretion of the supervisor, <br />~`r~~e ®e ~e~ccle~. 1~ased on the expectation that they will <br />regularly be available to respond in a timely and appropriate <br />manner to calls about Utilities business outside of regular <br />business hours, the Security Technician, the Electrical Line <br />Superintendent, and the water Superintendent, are provided <br />Utilities vehicles to take home. These vehicles are subject to <br />the Utilities' vehicle policy and may only be used far the <br />exclusive purpose of responding to calls about Utilities <br />business. <br />Gr:~~~~aa~ v <br />
