Alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with a secured, controlled access and limited to <br />the beer garden and grandstand. Wrist band control is required for patrons 21 and over. <br />2. Applicant must contact the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office to arrange for security needs. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The Davis Darrow Meyer American Legion Post 112 applied for two Temporary On-Sale Liquor Licenses: <br />1. June 12, 2021, for a tractor pull at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds <br />2. July 15 – 18, 2021, for the Sherburne County Fair <br /> <br />Temporary On-Sale Licenses are approved by the City Council prior to being forwarded for state approval. <br />Temporary On-Sale Licenses may not exceed 12 days per year for the sale of alcoholic beverages to any one <br />organization or for any one location, within a 12-month period and may not be issued to any one organization or <br />for any one location within any 30-day period.
