Mayor Klinzing and I discussed this <br />and felt it would be in the best interest of the Council, department heads, and division <br />managers to wait with the discussion. <br />The Annual Report is attached for your review. Also attached are separate reports from <br />Steve Dittbenner, ambulance coordinator, and Elk River Municipal Utilities. <br />
