She has offered to lead the discussion on Monday. Please come <br />prepared to discuss items and issues of importance to you that you feel should be high <br />priorities fox the city in 2010. The Council's goals will define staffs priorities for 2010 and <br />provide guidance to staff to ensure that we axe woxking toward the same goals, objectives, <br />and vision as the Council. <br />Attached is a recap and status update of the action items the Council identified fox 2009. <br />As you can see, some of the items axe ongoing and others axe one time projects ox issues. <br />Some of these items will lil~ely carry over to 2010 if they axe still Council priorities. 0f <br />course, during the year prio~•ities may change to due to budget issues, unforeseen projects ox <br />issues, new priorities, and so on. For that reason and others, it is important to review our <br />direction and priorities frequently so we stay the course to accomplish what is important to <br />the Council and City's future. <br />
