Staff felt <br />that it is important that the Council is aware of the changes as proposed. <br />The current conditions of the Buffalo Wild Wings and theater building are painted (gray, blue, and tan) <br />rock face concrete block. The applicant is proposing to paint the entire Buffalo Wild Wings portion of <br />the building tan. Along with the repainting, they are also proposing a continuous LED accent light along <br />the entire cornice line.
