Since that time, very little building repair and maintenance <br />costs have been associated with the building. The proposed remodel repairs are the original items from <br />when the store opened back in 1997. There have been approximately two million patrons to the store <br />over the past 11 years. The scope of the project includes remodeling the men's and women's restrooms, <br />new cash register cabinets and countertops, and replacing the file in the checkout area. <br />Dave Potvin, Liquor Store Manager, will be in attendance at the Council meeting to answer any questions <br />about the scope of the project. <br />Financial Impact <br />The project will be funded out of the Municipal Liquor Store enterprise fund. The budgeted amount was <br />$35,000.
