Elk REQUEST FOR ACTION <br />..,... <br />River <br />Action Requested <br />Motion to approve completed solid waste collection licenses fox 2009 as outlined below. <br />Background/Discussion <br />Solid waste collection licenses expire annually on the 31s` of December. Fees associated with license <br />renewal are $60.00 for the company's first truck, and $15.00 for each additional truck. Twenty-two <br />haulers have applied fox licenses in 2009 for a total of 85 trucks and license revenues of $2,265.00 <br />Elk River licensed twenty-three haulers in 2008.
