The City <br />ordinance requires a final plat within 1 year of the approval of the prelitnuiary plat. The subject <br />development has been completed in phases. <br />The developer seeks an extension, in part due to the slow down in the residential housing market. <br />The request is consistent with Council policy, regarding plat extensions for started projects.
