City Administrator~ <br /> April 15, 1996 <br /> Pay Estimate <br /> <br />Pay Estimate No. 1 - Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion <br /> <br />Attached is a copy of Pay Estimate #1 to Gridor Construction, Inc., in the <br />amount of $153,443 for work completed on the Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />expansion project. As you will note on the pay estimate, the city is not <br />holding retainage on this project. In lieu of retainage, as allowed by state <br />statute, Gridor has assigned treasury bills in the amount of $100,000 to the <br />city. Gridor Construction, Inc., was also the contractor for the interim <br />expansion at the plant and, at that time, also assigned treasury bills to the <br />city in lieu of retainage. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br /> <br />The city engineer has reviewed the pay estimate, inspected the work <br />completed, and recommends payment to Gridor Construction, Inc., in the <br />amount of $153,443. <br /> <br />s:XcouncilXpayest.doc <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
