At that meeting, the City Council requested that <br />the building official come to a follow up meeting for a discussion on this <br />project and to explain the need to use the services from Inspec, Inc. Cliff <br />Skogstad will be at the 4/8/96 meeting to answer questions regarding the <br />services of Inspec and what Inspec provided the city on the fire hall project. <br />Attached for your review is the material provided to the Council on 4/1/96 <br />regarding this library re-roofing project. <br /> <br />s:\council\reroof, doc <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
