Beahen, Chief of Police <br />Item Description Reviewed by <br />Resolution Authorizing a Master Subscriber Agreement for Lori ohnson, Ci Administrator <br />Court Data Services Reviewed by <br />Action Requested <br />Adopt resolution authorizing the Police Chief to sign for a Master Subscriber Agreement for Court Data <br />Services. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The Police Department desires to complete the process of submitting traffic citations electronically to the <br />state court system but can only do so after the attached agreement is signed by the Police Chief. The <br />signature requires a resolution by the Council authorizing and supporting that signature.
