The agreement is between Wright County and the <br />City of Elk River and involves the bridge over the Mississippi River <br />abutting Main Street and Parish Avenue. <br /> <br />As indicated in the maintenance agreement, the City is responsible <br />for the following duties: <br /> <br />1. Maintenance of street lights; <br />2. removal of snow from sidewalk; <br />3. maintenance of slopes/berms and roadway on north approach; <br />4. periodic sweeping to remove sand and debris and removing dirt <br /> from expansion joints; <br />5. removal of markings/spray paint etc. from visible surfaces of <br /> bridge structure. <br /> <br />Wright County is responsible for the following duties: <br /> <br />1. Snow and ice control from bridge and approaches; <br />2. signing for bridge and approaches <br />3. maintenance of slopes/berms and roadway on south approach <br />4. centerline and edge pavement marking <br /> <br />Action Requested: <br /> <br />Motion to enter into the maintenance agreement for Bridge #86515 <br />with Wright County. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
