Outlot B and Outlot A were intended to be Phase 2 <br />of the project which also included redesign flexibility, should the applicant have <br />negotiated the purchase of one of two single family lots located within the center <br />of the subject property. Those negotiations have since ceased and the single <br />family site will not be purchased. As a result, the final plat has been amended to <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
