The primary members of the Task Force are as follows: <br /> <br />Dick Gruys, resident <br />Ron Halpaus, resident <br />Daryl Thompson, Riverside Development Company <br />Jim Stanley, Chamber of Commerce <br />Cliff Lundberg, River's Edge Downtown Business Association <br />Dan Tveite, Elk River City Council <br />Jeff Gongoll and Pat Dwyer, Economic Development Authority <br />Doug Franz, Planning Commission <br />John Kuester, Park and Recreation Commission <br />Larry Toth, Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br />Kurt Kragness, Heritage Preservation Commission <br /> <br />In addition to the members of the Comprehensive Plan Task Force, Hoisington Koegler <br />Group Inc.
