Of the four <br />interviewed, two were very qualified. Staff is recommending that the Council hire Gregory <br />Gengler as the Assistant Cable Producer for the City of Elk River at a starting wage of <br />$11.00 per hour and moving to $12.00 per hour following a successful 6-month orientation <br />period. <br /> <br />This position is not in the city's pay plan at this time. We have not had anyone in the <br />position long enough to complete a job analysis questionnaire (JAQ). The personnel <br />committee has requested that a jAQ be completed for this position after the employee has <br />completed one year of service. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />1.
