• <br />RESOLUTION 07-42 <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION LIMITED USE PERMIT TO UTILIZE TRUNK <br />HIGHWAY 10 <br />RIGHT OF WAY FOR PARKING PURPOSES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River owns a strip of land approximately 24 feet wide on the <br />north side of Trunk Highway 10 west of Jackson Avenue, and this land is <br />utilized for the purposes of additional parking area; and <br />WHEREAS, to have enough land to utilize for parking, a portion of the Trunk Highway <br />10 right of way is also necessary to facilitate parking in this area. <br />~_~ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota: <br />1. Limited Use Permit #7102009 (C.S. 7102TH10) for the use of Trunk Highway 10 <br />right of way for public parking area is hereby approved. <br />2.
