Hinotes <br />Heroes has submitted the appropriate application and licensing fee. Because the event is being held on <br />city property at Orono Park, liability insurance as well as dram shop insurance is required. <br /> <br />Police Chief Jeffrey Beahen has indicated that reserve officers may be necessary at this event.
