A conditional use permit is required for this license; therefore, <br />issuance of this license should be based upon approval of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The applicant has submitted all the necessary application materials. The kennel inspection still needs to be <br />completed by the Police Department. Completion of the kennel inspection is required prior to issuance <br />of the license.
