The checks were conducted on Thursday, March 29, 2007 during the hours <br />of 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Eric Balabon, Police Officer Elk River Police Department, <br />Darren McKernan, Police Officer Elk River Police Department, Mark Lees, Community <br />Health Coordinator Sherburne County Public Health Department, Lindsey Gothe, Intern <br />Sherburne County Public Health Department and two under aged youth checked twenty- <br />three businesses that are licensed through the City of Elk River. Elk River Bowl was not <br />checked since it was closed due to building damage. <br /> <br />Beaudry Express sold a pack of Camel Lights to our under aged youth. The last "Sale of <br />Tobacco to Children" was 08/30/2006. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions <br />or concerns on this matter.
