The City must approve, approve with conditions, or deny the project by <br />March 27, 2007. <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />The Mississippi Ridge development standards limit freestanding signage to one monument sign per <br />building. The applicant is requesting to amend this requirement to allow a taller monument sign for <br />Greater MN Credit Union in addition to a freestanding monument sign that meets the design <br />requirements of the Planned Unit Development (PUD). <br /> <br />Affachments <br /> <br />.
