<br /> <br />City of <br />Ell( -- <br />River <br /> <br />Item Description <br />Request by Tiller Corporation for Conditional Use Pennit to <br />Amend Existin Pennit Hours of 0 eration, Case # CU 07-08 <br /> <br />Item Number <br />3.7. <br />Prepared by <br />Rebecca Haug, Environmental <br />Administrator <br />Reviewed by <br /> <br />City of Elk River <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Section Meeting Date <br />Consent March 5, 2007 <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />This is in response to the request to see the Tiller Corporation Conditional Use Permit (CUP) prior to <br />approving the hour extension request. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />Due to the fact that the Tiller Corporation CUP has not been updated since 1994 and owners have <br />changed for some of the areas, Tiller Corp and I have been working on updates and are not ready to <br />present it to you this evening with the changes. Weather pennitting, Tiller Corp is still requesting to <br />extend their hours in mid-March with the understanding that the CUP will be updated to reflect the new <br />hours and another noise assessment will be completed 60 days after beginning the extended hours of <br />operation. Tiller and I are working diligently to update the CUP and plan to present it to the City Council <br />at the Monday, March 19, 2007 meeting.
