City Ordinance requires recordation of a final <br />plat no later than 1 years from the date of approval, or May 15,2007. The applicant is requesting an <br />extension to May, 2008 <br /> <br />Staff has no concern with the extension as requested, with the understanding that the park dedication and <br />other fees are established at the time of final plat recording. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />.
