<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 06-118 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT PHASE II IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 2006 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Wastewater Treatment Plant Master Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II Improvement is necessary to meet the NPDES <br />discharge requirements expected in the next permit. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. BDM Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this improvement.
