Offers l1ave been made and accepted, subject to appro\Tal by the City Council. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Staff has extended an offer for Senior Planner to Sheila Cartney ,vIlo is the current City Planner in Eagan <br />and l1as l1eld that position for four ;rears. In addition she served as an assistant planner for two years in <br />Bloomington. Sheila's education is a BA degree in Local and Urban Affairs from St. Cloud State <br />Uni'Tertsity.
