A kennel license costs $75 and requires a conditional use permit. The above listed kennels have been inspected by Community Service Officer Cheryll Edinger and have been found to be in compliance with the conditions set by the conditional use permits. e Staff is recommending approval of all of the above kennel licenses. --------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------- ?3.B. - CIGARETTE LICENSES --Elk River Bowl --pamida Discount Center --Wapiti Park Campground --Kemper Drug --Ebner's Bait --County Market --American Legion --Red Carpet Inn --Circle C Foods (Jackson Ave.) --Elk River Cenex --Houle Oil Company --Sunshine Depot --Northbound Liquor --Fraternal Order of Eagles --Dick's Riverfront Bar --Broadway Bar and Pizza --SuperAmerica --Ron's Foods ,--Circle C Foods (Dodge Ave.) --Elk River Country Club Cigarette licenses cost $15.00 regardless of whether they are sold by vending machine or over the counter and are renewed on an annual basis. All of the above licenses are renewals and all have submitted applications and license fees.
