RESOLUTION 98- /,3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />ADOPTING THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORTATION PLAN <br />DATED NOVEMBER 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City has ordered the preparation of a Comprehensive Transportation Plan <br />which was completed in November 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 15, 1996, and at <br />the close of that hearing, recommended approval of the Comprehensive <br />Transportation Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council held a public hearing on March 12, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />Sherburne County has adopted its Comprehensive Transportation Plan on <br />March 10, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the County's Comprehensive Transportation Plan and the City's Comprehensive <br />Transportation Plan are in agreement with each other; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />The City of Elk River Comprehensive Transportation Plan dated November 1995 is <br />hereby adopted and is attached by reference to the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />adopted December 18, 1995. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted this 27th day of April, 1998. <br /> <br /> /,/fl e'n ryyDuits m a~, ~ayo-, <br /> <br />Sandra A.
