City of <br />Elk -- <br />River <br />Ordinance 26-01 <br />to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 38, Section 31, Application of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, City Code <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That § 38-31, Application; issuance of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall <br />be amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 38-31. - Application; issttaHee. <br />(a) Issuance. Unless otherwise provided in this Code, every application for a license shall be made <br />to the city clerk on a form provided by the city clerk. It shall be accompanied by payment to <br />the city clerk of the prescribed fee. If, after investigation, the city clerk is satisfied that all <br />requirements of law and this Code have been met, the city cleerk shall present the <br />application to the council for action or, if the license or permit does not require council <br />approval, the city clerk or other appropriate official, as the case may be, shall issue the <br />license or permit. <br />(b] Incomplete AP licalions. I£ upon notice to the applicant, the applicant does not complete its <br />application within 30 days, the city clerk mad administratively reject the application. <br />SECTION 4.
