That Chapter 30, Division 9, Subdivision III. Approved Planned Unit <br />Development Districts of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to add the <br />following Section: <br />Section 30-1605. — Tall Pines PUD <br />(a) Legal Description. The following described propert}� located within the Cirkf of Elk River. <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota is hereby zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development: <br />Lots 1 — 15, Block 1, Lots 1 — 13, Block 2. and Outlots A — B. TALL PINES P.U.D. <br />SECOND ADDITION, Sherburne County, Minnesota. <br />AND <br />Lots 1-14, Block 1, and Oudot A, EVERGREEN TOWNHOMES, Sherburne Count) - <br />Minnesota. <br />(b) PUD Development Standards. The propem- shall be subject to the following standards. <br />(1) Uses <br />a. Permitted Uses <br />1. Residential, single family. <br />2. Model homes in compliance with section 30-800; <br />3. Public parks, playgrounds and open space; <br />4.
