Staff recommended reframing <br />this role as Food and Beverage Supervisor in January. This incorporated the expanded service offerings of <br />adult beverages and catering. Community Event Center Manager Katie Harsted has had the opportunity to <br />review key functions of the job over the past three months. An ideal candidate for the position must have <br />strong food preparation experience for events to be successful. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />The position wage will be in accordance with the city's pay equity metrics, not to exceed 7E. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Meet changing needs - agile. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
