Members <br />present were Darrell Mack, Rolfe Anderson, Stuart Lorenz, <br />and Rich Barakat. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Previous meetings' minutes were read and approved. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Treasurer's report was read and approved. However, due to <br />1983 program a new budget sheet is required. According to <br />Bob Middaugh, a monthly budget update will be available, but <br />revenues will not appear. Revenues are currently credited <br />to the general fund. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Old Business: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />1983 program update and discussed <br />The total Board budget proposed <br />1983 was a success by Dennis <br /> <br />Dennis Carlson provided a <br />the 1984 program budget. <br />is $16,668 for 1984. New Business: <br /> <br />A. After some discussion, a motion was made to recommend <br />to the Council that the city support the CBS Night <br />program and contribute $1,000. (Subsequent to our meeting, <br />Dennis Carlson suggested that $500 would be sufficient <br />due to a higher than expected attendance.) Mike will <br />send a letter to Bob asking for Council action. <br /> <br />B. The Board reviewed the preliminary layout plan for the <br />bog park. Items of interest were activities, scheduling <br />and ice skating capacities. Mike will provide these to <br />Bob Middaugh. <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. the <br />tentative date for the next meeting is October 11 at 7:30 p.m. <br />at the City Hall. <br /> <br />ffv~' <br />Michael V.
