Staff will begin to implement <br />the plan through obtaining licensure, drafting job descriptions, conducting marking efforts, etc. The licensing <br />application window opens on February 18 and closes March 14. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />The business plan includes a financial overview for projections and a 2026 budget. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Meet changing needs - agile. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
